Terms & Conditions

  1. All Rates are subject to change without notice and quoted in Thai baht.
  2. Check-in time is after 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
  3. Rooms will held until 6:00 p.m. unless the late fight arrival time is informed.
  4. Late check-out within the period of 12:00 noon till 18:00 hrs will be applied 50% of room charge and after 18:00 hrs will be charged one night.
  5. All bookings must be made directly through our Website and will be past through the reservation department for booking purpose.

Child Policy

  1. Children aged under 2 years will be free charge of breakfast.
  2. Children aged under 12 years (no extra bed) sharing the same room with parents, to a maximum of 1 child per room, compulsory breakfast will be charged at THB 100 baht per person per night.
  3. Children aged under 12 years (extra bed) sharing the same room with parents, to a maximum of 1 child per room, will be charged at Baht 700 /net/night (inclusive of daily breakfast.)
  4. Children aged over 12 years sharing existing bedding with parents will be charged 700 baht per room per night (including breakfast).

Deposit Guarantee

  1. Booking can be made and guaranteed with bank transfer or major credit card after the reservation is confirmed.
  2. A valid credit card with the name of the credit card holder and expiry date is required by the Jomtien Garden Hotel & Resort to guarantee your reservation. This guarantee may be made at the time of making a reservation or by sending the hotel a credit card guarantee form by fax. For your convenience, a form for entering your credit card details is available to print after submission of the booking.
  3. Any reservation will be confirmed with the full payment will be made prior to arrival.
  4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel without notice when deposit and / or final payment is not received by the due date


Credit cards details held by the Jomtien Garden hotel & Resort will only be debited should one or more of the following condition occur

  1. Full payment to be made prior to arrival.
  2. Cancellations in writing by email or fax more than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charge of 5% of the amount of the deposit or THB 1,000 (whichever is greater).
  3. Cancellations in writing by email or fax more than 14 days and less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded 50%, less bank handling charge of 5% of the amount of the deposit or THB 1,000 (whichever is greater).
  4. Cancellations in writing by email or fax less than 14 days prior to arrival or no show, full duration of booking will be charged (non-refundable deposit).
  5. For early check out, the full amount of the booking value will be charged.

Confirmation

We will send you an e-mail message confirmation that inform your confirmation code. For your convenient and faster checking-in process, please refer to your confirmation code.
